USTCi has been one of Verizon's most trusted partners for over two decades, and we're growing. We're looking for driven Wireless sales professionals who want to be the face of Verizon's 5G revolution - out in the field, building real relationships, and getting rewarded generously for every win.

You'll be face-to-face with property staff and residents in local apartment communities (from Parsippany to Jersey City), selling technology that genuinely changes how people connect.

Host Meet & Greet events and go door-to-door in your assigned territory, spark conversations with residents, and guide them toward the Verizon 5G Wireless, Home Internet and TV solutions that fit their lives. You'll close deals, hit your targets, and build momentum every single week.

1+ year of field sales or D2D experience (wireless, internet, cable, or similar)

Natural ability to connect with strangers and earn their trust quickly (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)

Self-directed work ethic - you don't need someone looking over your shoulder

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for daily travel within your territory

At least 21 years of age

$50,000-$60,000 first-year earnings - base salary plus uncapped commission, so your ceiling is set by you

Paid training - we invest in your product knowledge and sales skills from day one
