Our office is located in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, with a territory covering Union, Morris, and Essex counties.
We're on the lookout for a candidate with a 'hunter' mentality, driven by a sincere dedication to not just meet but exceed sales goals. The perfect fit will have a track record of consistently surpassing sales expectations while adeptly managing multiple duties, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and thriving in CRM systems. Additionally, you should be comfortable navigating diverse sectors, including industrial, medical, and retail environments, with a keen focus on air quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this thrilling position, you'll be rewarded with a competitive base salary starting at $70,000, along with bonuses, a cell phone allowance, gas reimbursement, and endless bonus opportunities that could elevate your total earnings to as much as $170,000 per year!

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing sales. Your talent for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering personalized facility service solutions will be crucial to your success. This role focuses on proactive prospecting, nurturing relationships, and strategic selling to foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out new opportunities! Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
- Perform building surveys, showcase proposals, and successfully close sales by addressing client needs and overcoming any objections.
- Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
- Stay ahead of the game! Carry out competitive analysis and keep up-to-date with the facility maintenance industry.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up with potential clients.
- Work together with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and excellent service delivery for new clients.
- Be the face of City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.

Compensation
- Base salary of $70,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
- Top performers have the potential to earn up to $170,000.
