New Business Analyst 2

Job Summary Responsible for day‑to‑day management and growth of the Real Estate sales channel. Support other relationships and projects within Retail Partnerships and Channel Development for the Mass Market retail natural gas portfolio. Schedule: 2 days in office (Monday & Thursday), 2 days in the sales field (Tuesday & Wednesday), remote on Friday. 60% travel using personal vehicle. Functional Expertise Grow the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing real‑estate program participants and referrals to acquire new customers. Recommend and implement approved strategies to achieve growth goals. Lead program sales and support efforts; conduct face‑to‑face presentations to brokers, offices, agents, and real‑estate influencers. Conduct onboarding meetings and presentations for new partners, including orientations, training, CE classes, and team meetings. Develop and facilitate engagement opportunities such as monthly call campaigns, tradeshows, industry events, seasonal campaigns, contests, or events. Provide marketing support for the real‑estate channel, from development to distribution of print and digital communication/marketing campaigns (program kits, email, direct mail, video, presentation materials). Work with agencies and vendors to align brand messaging and promote program awareness and engagement. Administer the web‑based real‑estate referral/rewards program, including onboarding, approvals, inquiries, and awarding participants. Recommend and coordinate improvements for program‑related customer‑facing landing pages and experience, including ease of enrollment and effective referral data capture. Implement the program daily; track overall engagement, report and analyze KPIs, and ensure the program stays on track to meet goals. Propose solutions to drive program growth. Communicate objectives and coordinate all aspects of integrated campaigns to deadlines and budget. Business Acumen Understand the overall business and anticipate obstacles and challenges while recommending acquisition strategy. Analyze and evaluate data to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and solve problems. Document processes and outline program guidelines to align with business rules. Engagement Initiate and engage in face‑to‑face sales activities. Communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with internal management, departments, influencers, customers, agencies, and vendors. Driving Results Provide reporting on program performance, campaign effectiveness, profitability, CPA, and other data. Understand operations processes, call center support, billing, and reporting systems for programs and promotions. Coordinate development, fulfillment, and distribution of sales collateral, newsletters, promotional items, and training materials. Support direct sales effort and on‑site customer training. Education, Certifications & Licenses Bachelor’s Degree or seven years progressive experience in sales and program management required. Related Work Experience – Required Five years of experience in program management or account management. Utility and/or Real‑Estate a plus. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Related Work Experience – Preferred Experience in channel or program development for retail or deregulated company. Experience managing referral, affinity, or loyalty programs. Experience developing affiliate marketing programs or digital/mobile marketing. Experience with social media or creating online communities. Specific Skills & Knowledge – Required Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to influence action. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Work well under pressure and manage multiple projects in a timely and organized manner. Problem‑solving skills: identify root cause, offer recommendations, determine best resolution. Experience with marketing budgets and forecasts. Specific Skills & Knowledge – Preferred Proficient with MS‑Excel, Word, PowerPoint and social media platforms. Some experience with CRMs and email marketing platforms. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements 60% travel required. Must travel to customer locations with personal vehicle. Work in an office environment. Stand for presentations and transport, set up, and break down banners/backdrops and giveaway items for sales events/tradeshows.
