In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our brand strategy and its execution — leading agency relationships, building and tracking the marketing plan, and driving visibility at the point of sale. This is a high‑impact position with a clear path toward a Marketing Manager role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Lead agency relationships — serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for creative, media, and PR agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget. Own the marketing plan — build, manage, and execute the annual marketing calendar, coordinating cross‑functional activities across trade, digital, and in‑store channels. Track and report performance — prepare clear, insight‑driven reports for leadership and the board, monitoring KPIs and making recommendations based on results. Execute brand activation — oversee point‑of‑sale activations and in‑store programs that strengthen brand visibility and drive consumer trial. Manage trade shows and events — coordinate all logistics, materials, and setup for food industry trade shows, sales meetings, and brand events. Support sales enablement — develop sales presentations, sell sheets, and marketing materials that equip the commercial team to win at retail. Qualifications Education — Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Experience — 2–4 years in marketing, preferably in food, CPG, or produce. Agency management — Proven ability to brief and manage external agencies or vendors. Analytical skills — Comfortable building reports, tracking KPIs, and presenting data.
