Job DescriptionJob Description1st City is seeking an experienced person to help manage the day to day operations of a senior housing community located in Detroit, MI. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and provide quality professional service to residents. Job duties include interviewing applicants/tenants to determine initial and continued eligibility, preparing paperwork for move-in, move-outs, resident billing, maintaining accurate file system, month end closing procedures, and processing work orders in a timely manner. In addition, the person will be responsible for directly working with on-site staff, as well as maintaining a professional relationship with the owners and vendors, and upholding all applicable outside agency standards.Requirements:Experience working with a teamAt least 2 years of section 8 and/or tax credit experienceExceptional customer serviceMust be able to work 40 hoursWorking knowledge of MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.An Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-time
