Actively network within the local market to generate new business opportunities Provide hands-on support and coaching to on-property sales teams Analyze market trends, competitive data, and performance metrics to drive strategy Strengthen relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and community partners Ensure brand standards and sales initiatives are aligned across all properties Represent the cluster of three hotels in quarterly performance calls, presenting results, insights, and strategic action plans to ownership and senior leadership. What We're Looking For: Proven success in hotel sales leadership, preferably in a multi-property role or cluster oversight Strong knowledge of the markets and surrounding business landscape Experience with select-service and extended stay hotel brands Familiarity with Marriott, Hilton and IHG systems and sales processes. A natural relationship-builder with strong networking skills Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and accountability Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong ability to analyze STR reports and translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies that improve market share and RevPAR Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
