Unilock facilities are safe, modern, and fully automated production facilities.We are currently hiring for a Help Desk AnalystWhat You'll DoThe Help Desk Analyst's role provides vital support to Unilock's employees and computer environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to Unilock employees, delivering prompt, professional, and customer-focused service.Configure, deploy, and maintain computers, peripherals, and related technology equipment in accordance with company standards and best practices.Effectively prioritize, manage, and resolve multiple support requests while meeting service expectations and deadlines.Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of network-connected devices, including servers, printers, and manufacturing/plant equipment.Collaborate with IT team members to deliver exceptional technology support, maintain system reliability, and continuously improve the user experience.Manage the company mobile device program, including cell phone provisioning, inventory, carrier relationships, troubleshooting, and user support, while helping IT Desk assist employeesProvide administrative support for IT operations, including maintaining records, managing technology assets, preparing reports, and supporting departmental projects and initiativesSkills and RequirementsThorough understanding and experience with configuring Windows 10, 11, and Mac computersThorough understanding and experience working with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra IDThorough understanding and experience working with and supporting the Microsoft Office suite of softwareAbility to investigate, resolve, and escalate issues in a timely and professional mannerWillingness to assist other departments quickly to resolve issuesCertification by Microsoft and one or more Helpdesk certificationsCarry out other related duties as needed to meet departmental and organizational objectivesSalary Range - $60K - $70K annually (Based on Experience) with the potential to earn a yearly bonusWhat We Offer YouHealth Benefits - Effective 1st of the month following start date401k Matching (after a year)Life Insurance, HSA & FSA plansWell-being SupportCharitable Contribution MatchingPaid Time OffYear-End Company-wide closure/paid time off
