About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function for its Golf Technology Platform. The successful candidate will be a strategic and forward-thinking leader, playing a pivotal role in organizational design, talent mapping, and resourcing strategies within a fast-moving, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment. This role demands a strong voice in organizational design, talent mapping, and workforce planning, particularly across software engineering and technical functions. The VP of HR will be responsible for shaping the organizational structure, defining talent strategy, and partnering with leadership to support the company's growth and efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting dynamic, fast-moving businesses. Experience in software engineering organizations and a deep understanding of resourcing models that include W-2 employees and contractors are essential. The role requires the ability to operate in a startup-like setting, a strong grasp of employment law and HR best practices, and a proven track record in influencing and building trust at all levels. The VP of HR will also be involved in strategic HR partnership, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset and experience in using HR data to drive business decisions.
