We are seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for helping provide club members and guests with a memorable dining experience. The Food & Beverage Supervisor delivers efficient service with professionalism and courtesy while assisting management with implementing and maintaining dining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Act as a liaison between the service staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Ensure the restaurant and related facilities are clean, well-stocked, and organized. Inspect equipment and notify the Restaurant Manager of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Verify room setup according to reservation or event requirements.
• Ensure all side work is completed, including cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Assist in coordinating special functions with the Outlet Manager or Food & Beverage Manager.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with maintaining food and beverage inventory.
• Assist with conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts, and other operational updates.
• Assist with the completion of daily operational reports.
• Perform daily operational duties, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service, and general clerical or cashier responsibilities.
• Occasionally assist department managers with interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as providing recommendations regarding hiring, performance evaluations, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
• Address guest concerns, resolve issues when possible, and communicate them to management as needed.
• Assist in coordinating team members, including Hosts, Servers, and Expediters.
• Assist in monitoring business volume forecasts and planning staffing levels, productivity, costs, and other expenses accordingly.
• Incorporate safe work practices into all job duties.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a country club environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
• Position requires flexible work schedule including weekends, and holidays .
