Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: $55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with practical knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure administration is preferred.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration is preferred.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills are preferred.
• Background in networking support is preferred.
• Knowledge of firewall administration is preferred.

• We will rely on you to proactively secure and maintain a range of systems.
• You will diagnose and resolve Windows-related issues and other technical problems.
• You will support networking environments and assist with firewall administration.
• You will administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 systems.
• You will apply technical documentation to guide daily work and troubleshooting.
• You will help protect client systems by following strong cybersecurity practices.
