Job Title: RN Inpatient Psychiatric - Behavioral Health

Positions Available: 1

Start: ASAP upon compliance completion

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care on an inpatient psychiatric/behavioral health unit. This role supports adult patients with acute mental health needs and may include cross-training and floating to a similar inpatient addiction rehabilitation unit as needed.

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, therapeutic nursing care to inpatient psychiatric patients
Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the electronic health record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
Participate in charge nurse responsibilities after training
Uphold patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Schedule Expectations:

Evening shifts: 15:00-23:30
Holidays and every other weekend required
Blocked scheduling or scheduled weekends off must be approved in advance and require coverage
Schedule changes must be agreed upon prior to assignment

Floating:

May float to a like unit within the hospital, including an inpatient addiction rehabilitation unit

Requirements:

BLS certification required
