Essential Duties Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greet public and clients. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, fax, scan and copy documents. Maintain office filing systems, update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information, co‑ordinate and organize appointments. Keep office area clean and tidy. Purpose General Description Provides office services by using administrative systems, following procedures and policies, and assisting with different projects as needed. Minimum Requirements 18 years or older Bilingual Able to work Saturday and Sunday Previous cash handling experience Organization and planning skills Manage work assigned and prioritizing skills Verbal and written communication skills Problem solving ability Attention to detail Accuracy, flexibility, reliability, teamwork Must pass background check and consumer report #J-18808-Ljbffr
