Lecturer - Biology Department: Arts and Sciences | Center for Life Science Education Position Overview This part-time position will be expected to teach one or more lecture and/or lab based, or related recitation, courses that include, but are not limited to, Biology 1101, 1110, 1113, 1114, and 3501. Responsibilities The individual will be expected to lead course discussions, assist with overseeing teaching lab experiments, hold office hours, and complete related grading and other course related tasks as assigned. Requirements Required: Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Biology or a related life science discipline. Required: Candidates must have strong commitment to teaching at all levels. Desired: Ph.D. in Biology or a related life science discipline. Desired: Strong communication and public speaking skills. Location: Jennings Hall (0014) Position Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Scheduled Hours: 29 Shift: First Shift The new lecturer will join an interdisciplinary community on the main campus in Columbus, Ohio.
