International Paid Social Manager

Results-driven and performance-obsessed, the full-time remote International Paid Social Manager will optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive customer acquisition and achieve CAC targets in international markets. Key responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to drive scalable growth Manage channel performance to meet customer acquisition cost (CAC) and new customer volume targets Execute data-driven A/B testing across creative and landing page experiences to enhance performance Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing performance media campaigns in the DTC e-commerce space Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok ad platforms, including campaign management and optimization Experience in developing and owning comprehensive testing roadmaps for paid social channels Strong understanding of creative strategy from a direct response performance perspective Familiarity with attribution methodologies and experience running conversion lift studies
