Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM Tue 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM Wed 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Monitor front desk activity, manage access in accordance with site protocols, and report unusual behavior, incidents, and/or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting de-escalation and clear communication. Assist with visitor check-in, badge distribution, directions, and other front desk duties while helping to support an orderly and professional environment. Minimum Requirements: Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. CPR certification is preferred. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
