We're looking for an on-site Civil Engineer (EIT or 2-5 years of experience), based in the Minneapolis, MN area, with an education from an Accreditation Board for Engineering & Technology (ABET)- accredited program who wants hands-on experience, meaningful responsibility, and an accelerated path toward becoming a well-rounded engineering professional.

What You'll Actually Do

• Support Residential and commercial land development projects from concept through construction
• Assist in preparing site plans, grading plans, utility plans, drainage plans, erosion control plans, and construction documentation
• Perform grading design, stormwater calculations, utility coordination, and site development engineering tasks
• Contribute to plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal project teams
• Participate in site investigations, zoning research, utility coordination, and project meetings
• Take on increasing ownership of project components as your experience grows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 2-5 years of experience
• Civil 3D preferred
• Basic understanding of site design, grading, stormwater, and construction documentation
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong interest in land development, site design, or civil infrastructure

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to residential and commercial site design or land development projects
