Director, FP&A Beauty Tech Americas

Summary The Director, FP&A Beauty Tech Americas is a senior finance leader partnering with the Beauty Tech Americas CIO to deliver financial planning, analysis and reporting that support IS/IT transformation and growth across the LVMH Beauty division in the Americas. The role leads the end-to-end FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, monthly closings, variance analysis and capex reporting while coordinating with regional Maisons and the central finance team in France. The Director champions process improvements, automation and data-driven insights to improve financial agility and operational decision-making. Responsibilities Serve as senior financial advisor and business partner to the Beauty Tech Americas CIO and BTA leadership team. Lead the end-to-end FP&A cycle: annual budget, monthly close, forecast updates and management reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, KPI dashboards and granular capex project analysis. Perform detailed variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to non-financial stakeholders. Collaborate with regional Maisons finance partners and the Central Beauty Tech Finance team in France to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information. Drive continuous improvement, digitalization and automation of FP&A processes and evaluate new analytical tools. Support strategic initiatives and provide financial guidance for IS/IT transformation projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 7 to 10 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in luxury, retail or beauty. Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and KPI development. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear narratives for stakeholders. Excellent communication, influence and cross-functional partnership skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment and travel as needed.
