Legacy Hospice, Inc.
Legacy Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Liaison in Kansas, bridging patient care and business development. You will work with hospitals, physicians, case managers, patients, and families to assess eligibility and support timely transitions into hospice services. You’ll represent Legacy Hospice in hospital settings, build relationships with healthcare partners, educate on hospice benefits, coordinate referrals, and help meet census and growth goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Hospice
