Position Summary: The Director, Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted strategic advisor to senior operational leaders within one of ABM's largest commercial business segments. This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape and execute business strategy through organizational design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, and culture initiatives. The successful candidate brings significant experience supporting large-scale commercial real estate, integrated facilities services, or similarly complex operations-based organizations. They excel at partnering with geographically dispersed senior operational leaders, influencing without direct authority, and driving business outcomes through strategic talent management.
