PTP Financial Analyst

: Position Title: PTP Financial Analyst Pay Rate : $61,600 - $82,100 Category/Shift : Salaried Full-Time Physical Location : 6400 Poplar Avenue Memphis, TN The Job You Will Perform:

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports, incorporating measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the procure-to-pay (PTP) process.
• Establish reporting structures within each process steward discipline.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as required.
• Acquire proficiency in navigating various complementary systems such as travel management systems and processing mining software
• Assist in record-keeping, accounting, and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist the Process Steward in the procure-to-pay domain by conducting comprehensive financial and operational analyses of systems and processes.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills by generating and evaluating key metrics to assess the effectiveness of procure-to-pay operations and its associated stakeholder groups.
• Offer valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Primary clientele includes procure-to-pay stakeholders, constituting approximately 70% of the company.
• Exhibit agility in navigating evolving technologies and landscapes under the guidance of Process Stewards and the Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay (GPO PTP).
• Other duties as assigned

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 to 10 years of diverse work experience in Accounting and Procurement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop sustainable solutions.
• Preferably experienced with SAP
