Contribute ideas that influence firm operations. Build toward leadership and potential partnership. Requirements Active California Bar membership in good standing. 10+ years of legal experience. Meaningful hearing and/or trial experience. Strong litigation strategy, writing, and client communication skills. Confidence to independently manage complex matters. Interest in mentoring and developing other attorneys. Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to practicing law. An established practice area or book of business is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active California Bar membership. Skills Strong litigation strategy and writing skills. Excellent client communication abilities.
