Nu3s is seeking an experienced, hands-on Car Wash Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, oversee inventory, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a strong leader who can maintain high standards, drive team performance, and adapt to the changing needs of a growing business.

This position requires a supervisor who is comfortable working both on the floor and behind the scenes, ensuring efficient operations while leading by example.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Manage employee schedules, attendance, and productivity
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when necessary
• Ensure compliance with employment, safety procedures,  and company standards
• Maintain facility cleanliness and operational readiness
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training
• Identify operational improvements and implement best practices
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, staffing needs, and business demands
• Work closely with ownership and management to support business growth
• Step into operational duties as needed to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Previous car wash experience required
• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Experience with inventory management, ordering, and operational oversight
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with change
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
