About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as the primary spokesperson, elevate the company's brand, and build strong community partnerships. They will also oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, ensure financial stability, and lead a high-performing team. The CEO is expected to be a change agent, comfortable with complexity, and committed to the values of the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in community philanthropy, large/complex nonprofits, or related fields is preferred. The role demands a leader with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
