This position involves providing acute care therapy services on a day shift schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a focus on cardiac and general rehabilitation. The role offers an excellent environment to work with experienced staff and utilize advanced equipment, contributing to exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes. Job Details Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027 Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), three years of relevant experience, acute care experience including ICU/CCU, and acute cardiac care experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Wound care certification is desirable but not mandatory. Additional Information: The unit is a 72-bed inpatient setting with a patient ratio of 2 PTs, 1 OT, and PRN speech therapists. The team is highly experienced, with staff having 15 and 30+ years of clinical practice, including wound care certification. The hospital supports staff development with new equipment and technology, and communication is facilitated through mobile technology.
