As a Security Officer Hospital Driver in Hendersonville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with access control and incident response, and provide compassionate customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.20 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following facility protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and directing patients and visitors to appropriate areas. Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Have at least one year of security-related experience. Meet hospital vaccination requirements. Be able to work in a hospital morgue. Be able to restrain individuals. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
