Schedule & Pay
- MondaysFridays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays!

What Youll Do As the Receptionist at Tom Kadlec Auto Body, youll be more than the first face guests see youll set the tone for the entire experience.
Youll:
- Welcome every guest with energy, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm
- Confidently guide visitors to the right team members, smoothly deflecting questions when needed
- Keep our team informed of arrivals and ensure seamless communication
- Own the phones and telecommunications system with professionalism and poise
- Jump in to support invoicing, and file organization with accuracy and care
- Coordinate rentals and shuttle rides to keep everything moving efficiently
- Pitch in wherever needed to support team
- Naturally connects with people and loves creating positive first impressions
- Brings upbeat energy and a lets make it happen attitude every day
- Stays calm, flexible, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Is highly organized and takes pride in getting the details right
- Communicates clearly and confidently in person and on the phone
- Enjoys working with both loyal customers and brand-new faces
