Prior customer service, office, clerical, administrative, receptionist or cleaning experience preferred but not required!

As a Customer Service and Quality Representative, you will be responsible for:

Grow and retain customers Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers. We'll celebrate milestones as a team and have fun in the process!

Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you'll win.

Communicate with our teams while they are in the field Our teams rely on you to help them navigate their day while they are in the field. Work as a team to provide the best experience for our employees and our customers!

Customer Satisfaction Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email and other communication channels. Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

Be a brand ambassador Respond, resolve, and follow-up with customers, schedule estimates and be ready to jump in where needed.

You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and sometimes later to close the office.

Bilingual English/Spanish required
