Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

About the Role:
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Home Infusion Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity with a respected home infusion pharmacy in San Antonio, Texas. This position offers a consistent day shift schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to providing high-quality infusion therapies to patients in the comfort of their homes.
In this role, you will oversee the verification and dispensing of infusion medications, ensure compliance with sterile compounding standards, and work closely with physicians, nurses, and patients to deliver exceptional pharmacy care. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys combining clinical expertise with patient-centered service in a specialized pharmacy setting.

What You’ll Do:
•Verify and dispense home infusion medications accurately and efficiently
•Review medication orders for safety, dosing accuracy, and therapeutic appropriateness
•Oversee sterile compounding operations and ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards
•Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
•Provide patient counseling and education on infusion therapies and medication administration
•Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards
•Support quality assurance initiatives and contribute to efficient pharmacy operations

What You’ll Need:
•Active Texas Pharmacist License (required)
•Previous home infusion, sterile compounding, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
•Strong knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 standards
•Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance
