Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: Graduation from high school or equivalent, supplemented by college level course work in computer science. Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in managing a student information database (Aeries preferred), including large scale databases and a variety of servers; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Valid Class C California Driver License and current K-4 DMV report (within last 7 days of application). Knowledge of relational databases (SQL experience preferred), database management and query writing. Knowledge of methods for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software malfunctions. Experience in administration of Active Directory, (Google Apps). Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with various levels of personnel. Ability to work independently with little direction, and to prioritize and schedule work.
