Financial Secretary / Bookkeeper / Payroll

Position at North Lincoln High School. Permanent, full-time, 12-months, 8 hours per day, benefit eligible.

Salary/FLSA/Non-Exempt Grade 62 ($3,072.49 - $4,146.78) State Salary Schedule (plus local supplement). The salary for this position is based upon the successful applicant's years of service in the NC State Retirement System in the same or similar position. Experience outside of this system is not recognized for pay purposes. For current Lincoln County School employees, this position will be paid according to the current Lincoln County Schools' pay scale.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Knowledge of LINQ-based accounting software preferred
• Knowledge of accounts payable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Payroll
• Other duties as assigned
