Speech Language Pathologist

Speech Language Pathologist AB Staffing is looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. Job Description Openings in Elementary, Middle, and High School – Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location. Contract through the 2026/2027 school year – 35 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar. Pay $1,750 – $2,100/week DOE and licensure. Requirements Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar programs. National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status as determined by ASHA. State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist from the Department of Health Services. Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred. Position Overview Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills. Essential Functions Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
