Webex Incident Analyst

Our client is seeking a Webex Incident Analyst to join their team. As a Webex Incident Analyst, you will be part of the Incident Management Support team supporting real-time incident resolution and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Webex Incident Analyst

Location: Dallas, Texas

Pay Range: $43/hour

What's the Job?

• Lead real-time incident management for Webex/Spark services, ensuring swift resolution of high-severity incidents.
• Manage incident bridges, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve incidents and problems.
• Perform initial technical triage using knowledge of virtualization, cloud technologies, Kubernetes, VMware, Linux, and networking.
• Drive root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in incident management workflows.

What's Needed?

• Strong hands-on experience in Incident Management and Problem Management operations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and bridge handling skills.
• Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Basic working knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes, VMware, Linux, and networking.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-severity incidents effectively.
