Remote Japanese / English Bilingual Administrative Assistant - BPO (KID)

We are currently looking for a Japanese / English Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join an International BPO company . Full remote role, potential travel if necessary.

Responsibilities of Japanese / English Bilingual Administrative Assistant

• Perform general administrative tasks such as; data entry, document creation, answering phone calls, documentation filing, and etc.
• Keep employee record, process documentation for personnel related, including new hire documents, training, termination documents, etc
• Assist benefit enrollment (insurance, 401K, etc) and perform negotiation if necessary
• Prepare invoice, manage AP/AR, create monthly report, and work with 3rd party accounting company
• Manage agreements with clients, provide customer service
• Translate emails/short documents from Japanese to English or opposite if necessary
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Japanese / English Bilingual Administrative Assistant

• Fluency in Japanese and English
• 2-3 years of experience in office setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work remote responsibly and travel if necessary
• Experience in administration, sales, HR or accounting is plus
• Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation Skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
• Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
