We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented public accounting firm in the Milwaukee area seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to focus on high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held entities.

This is a highly visible role working with sophisticated clients, offering exposure to complex tax planning, advisory work, and a strong path toward leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, and pass-through entities
• Review complex individual, trust, estate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns
• Provide proactive tax strategies including wealth preservation, estate planning, and multi-entity structuring
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships
• Research and interpret complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly to clients
• Manage and mentor staff, reviewing work and supporting professional development
• Coordinate with internal leadership on client service delivery and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Masters in Taxation preferred)
• CPA required
• 5+ years (Manager) or 7+ years (Senior Manager) of public accounting experience
• Strong experience with high-net-worth individual tax, trusts, estates, and pass-through entities
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
• Strong technical tax knowledge and research capabilities
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
