Junior Engineer with Security Clearance

International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking qualified candidates for Junior-Engineer, providing PEO IWS 1.0 engineering analysis and management support to the US Navy. The selected individual will support PEO IWS 1.0 on AEGIS Development and Integration projects associated with Baseline 9 configurations of the AEGIS Combat System. Location Washington, DC 20003, United States Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a STEM degree program Minimum of one (1) year of experience; preferably one to five (1-5) years of professional experience in an engineering role. Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Experience working in a project-oriented environment. Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other similar tools. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Appointee must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. Position will require travel of approximately less than 10% of the time. Desired Experience Experience with Navy Weapon and Combat System. Experience with Software Development and Testing.
