Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Helpful Hands, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to gain insight into their mental health challenges.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that address individual therapeutic needs, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and relational therapy.

• Establishing collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly tracking their progress towards these objectives.
\n
• Providing teletherapy solutions for clients who may encounter barriers to in-person visits, ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Engaging in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case progress and best practices.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and progress accurately to meet compliance and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will provide essential mental health support to a broad range of clients, including adults as well as children and adolescents. The focus will be on both individual and couple therapy. You will play a critical role in addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will help clients navigate their challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
