Construction Project Manager

Sally's Apizza, founded in 1938, is expanding our corporate team nationwide. Description The Construction Project Manager oversees the logistical and administrative operations of construction projects, both on‑site and off‑site, supporting new store construction, remodels, roll‑outs, and facility projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and regulatory safety standards. Responsibilities Project planning and execution: coordinating schedules, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Communication: acting as liaison between project management, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Documentation and record keeping: managing construction documentation, contracts, and relevant paperwork. Financial tracking: monitoring all construction project finances and working with Finance to release deposits and payments. Procurement: ordering and tracking delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Issue resolution: identifying and resolving construction‑related problems and discrepancies. Punch list management: managing development and closeout of all punch lists and reporting status to stakeholders. System platforms: using Procore, Ecotrak, AutoCAD, Adobe, and MS Office. Key personality traits: organized, self‑motivated, supportive, thoughtful, multi‑tasker. Scope Reports to the VP of Development and Construction; works with Director of Design, Design Project Manager, Facilities Manager, Licensing Manager, and external design/engineering partners. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in a general contractor or architectural firm office. Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
