The company operates from a 12-acre, state‑of‑the‑art facility featuring an extensive rental inventory, including tents, tables, chairs, staging, linens, and crowd‑control solutions. This scale and variety enable the team to support events of all sizes and styles, from intimate weddings to large corporate galas and celebrations. Team members directly create well‑coordinated, high‑quality event experiences for a diverse client base. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Assistant role based in Burlington, NC. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing new hires and separations, and assisting with HRIS updates. Responsibilities include coordinating benefits enrollment and changes, responding to employee inquiries, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The role will also assist with training logistics, such as scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and tracking participation. Additional duties may include supporting recruitment activities, organizing HR documentation, and collaborating with managers to promote a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including basic employment practices and HR support. Experience or coursework in HR Management, with the ability to assist in implementing policies and procedures. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and comfort working with employee data and digital records. Understanding of Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications. Ability to support Training activities, including scheduling, coordinating sessions, and maintaining training records. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn new systems. Ability to work on‑site, handle multiple priorities, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Compensation Pay: $30.00–$38.00 per hour , based on qualifications and experience.
