Recruitment Coordinator Regular Full-Time Clearwater, FL, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1591 Salary Range: $23.00 To $28.00 Hourly Recruitment Coordinator Position Summary The Recruitment Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with the VP of Administration, HR Manager, and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This role coordinates recruiting activities, manages candidate communications, schedules interviews, maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Manage job postings in the ATS and external job boards. Maintain candidate and requisition records in the ATS. Conduct phone screens and coordinate candidate communications. Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork. Track interview feedback and support hiring decisions. Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and employment advertising. Partner with department managers to fill open positions. Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with two years of related experience. Experience: Minimum of two years of recruitment or Human Resources experience. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
