Pediatrician Opportunity in Northwest Indiana

Hiring a Permanent General Pediatric Physician in a successful health care system in Northwest Indiana. This position is only 45 minutes from downtown Chicago, allowing for a 'reverse commute' to northwest Indiana. The hospital is nationally recognized for their quality of care.

BC/BE candidates to join a growing practice with over 5 providers and mid-level support. This healthcare network comprises 200+ physicians and offers a physician-friendly environment.

The role includes Monday-Friday daytime hours with minimal call requirements.

Competitive base salary with bonuses, malpractice and tail coverage, relocation assistance, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, short and long term disability, 403b retirement plan, $3,500 CME allowance, $1,500 towards dues/license/etc, company-issued iPhone, and a great PTO plan with added time off for reaching productivity targets (5 weeks plus).

Northwest Indiana offers a greatly reduced cost of living and a stress-free commute while still living in the Chicagoland area.
