Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a specialized Cellular Therapies Unit, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practices within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based nursing care, prioritizing patient wellness and safety. Precept and support new healthcare team members to ensure competency and quality care. Work in acute care settings with moderate to high patient acuity, including specialty units. Contribute to a culture of safety, continuous learning, and clinical excellence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree. Current RN licensure and 6 months of nursing experience. Obtain ONS Chemo Bio Certification within six months of hire. BLS certification prior to start, valid through sixty days.
