RN Acute Care Cellular Therapies

Role Overview Provides direct patient care within the Cellular Therapies Unit, utilizing advanced nursing practices to support high-acuity patients in acute care settings. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing safety, quality and evidence-based practices. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Precept and mentor new healthcare staff, fostering a learning environment. Support specialty care in moderate to high acuity units, including Med‑Surg services. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred. Valid RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Certification in Chemo Bio within six months of hire; BLS required. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills. Key Duties Conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, contribute to safety and quality initiatives, and support ongoing professional development in a fast-paced, innovative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
