Role: Provides direct patient care in the Transplant Medicine department, utilizing advanced nursing practices in a fast-paced, acute care setting. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care on specialty units with moderate to high patient acuity. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices. Precept and mentor new healthcare team members. Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and quality-focused clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Current RN licensure and BLS certification. Minimum six months of nursing experience. Ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and work effectively in a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
