Pay Rate: $54.31 per hour

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations.
Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately; implement appropriate interventions.
Utilize the nursing process in patient assessment, planning, and delivery of care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Document patient information accurately and promptly.
Lead and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

What You Need

Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Additional clinical certifications
- Experience in fast-paced emergency settings
