Instructional Designer, Science

To support innovative science programs, the remote Instructional Designer, Science will design and develop digital curriculum assets, manage content workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learning experiences. Key responsibilities Design and develop engaging digital curriculum assets such as e-books, assessments, and simulations using instructional models Review content storyboards and authoring guidelines to ensure alignment with product requirements and maintain instructional effectiveness Lead digital content workflows and manage vendor relationships to optimize curriculum structure and delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field 2 - 5 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials Proficiency in authoring tools and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms Experience using data and user research insights to improve learning experiences Previous teaching experience in science is preferred
