Armed Security Officer (Full-Time)
PalAmerican Security
Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Applicants are required to have a valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC), a Massachusetts-compliant personal firearm, and a duty belt. Strong communication and de-escalation skills are essential. Military experience is also required.

Be part of a team that values your contribution and offers continuous training and support. Job Summary:- Maintain the security and safety of the assigned site through regular patrols
- Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Respond to emergency situations and provide security assistance
- Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions
- Monitor closed-circuit television for potential issues
- Maintain a physical presence within the facility as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
- Provide superior customer care to enhance the facility's atmosphere
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
- Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be 21 years old
- Must have valid armed license where required
- Strong commitment to the well-being of others
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience
- Active Armed Security license
- Valid Driver's License
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing for up to 4 hours
- Foot patrol and ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Must stay alert at all times
