Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon – 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue – 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed – 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur – 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri – 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, verifying credentials and/or directing guests, vendors, and staff as needed. Support continuity of operations by communicating clearly with clients, employees, and/or first responders during routine activities and unusual events. Minimum Requirements CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
