Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) & Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive demand generation, and support revenue growth. This executive leadership role will partner closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to position complex technology solutions in the marketplace while creating compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise-level customers.

This position is ideal for a marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience marketing technology solutions within complex B2B sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
• Create differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly communicates business value to enterprise customers.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, public relations, and field marketing channels.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and pipeline growth.
• Develop thought leadership programs that elevate executive visibility and strengthen market presence.
• Create compelling customer success stories, case studies, and sales enablement materials that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee corporate branding, messaging consistency, and competitive market positioning.
• Build relationships with industry analysts, strategic partners, media outlets, and other external stakeholders.
• Establish marketing performance metrics and regularly evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering collaboration across multiple business functions.
• Manage departmental budgets and prioritize investments that maximize business impact.
• Support talent branding initiatives in partnership with Human Resources to attract top technology professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including several years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success developing go-to-market strategies within enterprise software, technology services, SaaS, cloud, AI, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and marketing to executive-level decision-makers.
• Experience leading integrated demand generation and content marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and marketing analytics to optimize performance.

Preferred Experience

• Background supporting AI, cloud, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or digital transformation organizations.
• Experience working with analyst firms, strategic alliances, or partner marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of multi-region marketing strategies supporting North American and international markets.
• Familiarity with modern marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
