Unlimited referral bonuses starting at $1,000 per technician Optional dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance Wellness plan with reimbursement for physical & gym memberships Potential sign-on bonus or relocation assistance What We're Looking For: Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred) Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required TWC Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
