Technical Services Representative

Job Overview Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Representative for our Ashland, VA office. This on‑site position supports our sales and technical services teams, ensuring efficient, accurate customer interactions. Responsibilities Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare appropriate paperwork, including trucking process paperwork and associated weights. Create and distribute invoices with quotes for services such as lab packs, lab moves, and other services. Field incoming calls from prospective and existing customers. Assist Sales and Technical Services staff with job scopes and coordination of bids, proposals, and quotations. Assist Sales team with administrative tasks related to maintaining and growing the customer base. Organize and control all job folders and customer master files. Ensure proper filing and retrieval for job costing. Provide quality control by contacting customers post‑service to conduct surveys. Attend all sales meetings and other necessary meetings. Provide technical support to inside and outside sales representatives and customers. Assist with the approval of OSS, lab pack, and other job folders. Order and maintain inventory of office supplies. Track office budgetary items. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related industry experience. Ability to work as a team player. Determination and eagerness to learn about the environmental health and safety field. Creativity in solving unique problems. Strong communication, analytical, technical, and organizational skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship. Reliable form of transportation.
